Class Description
This class is designed for weekend warriors and athletes who wish to strength their body for a distinct advantage in their activity or sport as well as for patients in the advanced stages of rehabilitation. Strength and stabilization exercises are focused on the entire body and adjustments will be made specifically for your needs. This classes is appropriate for anyone who needs strength, balance, stability and the endurance required for all aspects of life and sport. Each class will incorporate a combination of cardio, dynamic strengthening exercises and mobility to create a comprehensive approach to your fitness and physical well-being. Classes are designed and facilitated by a licensed physical therapist and are eligible for insurance reimbursement when combined with other Physical Therapy services.
