Class Description
This is a full body strength and conditioning class that will leave you dripping sweat. Our professionally programed classes will work every last muscle in your body and focuses on multiple styles of training that will create muscle confusion. By using a combination of suspension trainers, Kettlebells, weights and cardio equipment, our instructors will push you to your limits. This class can be modified to fit all levels and focuses on proper technique. Prepare yourself for a total body workout that will improve cardiovascular health and endurance while helping you prevent future injuries!
